1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information "Omotion" processes personal information for the following purposes and will not use it for any other purposes: To confirm the intention to sign up as a customer, identify and authenticate the customer for service provision, maintain and manage membership, make payments for goods or services, and supply and deliver goods or services.
2. Personal Information Processing and Retention Period 1) "Omotion" processes and retains personal information within the period of personal information retention and usage agreed upon when collecting personal information from the subject, or as required by law.

3. "Omotion" does not provide personal information to third parties unless with separate consent from the subject or in cases specified under Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as special provisions in the law
4. Entrusting Personal Information Processing "Omotion" does not entrust personal information processing tasks.
5. Rights, Duties of the Subject, and Exercise of Rights The user, as a subject of personal information, can exercise the following rights:
1) The subject can exercise the following personal information protection-related rights against "Omotion" at any time:
① Request to view personal information
② Request correction in case of errors
③ Request deletion
④ Request to stop processing
6. Rights of Members and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them 1) Members and their legal representatives can always check or modify their personal information or that of children under the age of 14, and request cancellation of membership (withdrawal of consent).
2) For personal information inquiries and modifications, members or children under 14 can click on "Member Information Modification" and "Membership Withdrawal" for cancellation (withdrawal of consent). Alternatively, contact the personal information protection officer via written request, phone, or email, and we will take immediate action.
3) If a member or legal representative requests correction of errors in personal information, the personal information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party immediately of the correction to ensure it is corrected.
4) The company processes the deleted or terminated personal information as per "2. Personal Information Processing and Retention Period" and does not use it for any other purposes.
7. List of Personal Information Items Processed "Omotion" collects personal information for member registration, service provision, and other consultations.
1) Required items:
- Home address, password, date of birth, home phone number, gender, login ID, mobile phone number, name, email, access IP information, cookies, service usage record, access log
2) Optional items:
- Company name, company phone number
3) Method of collecting personal information:
- Website membership and bulletin boards
8. Destruction of Personal Information "Omotion" destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of processing is achieved. The procedures, deadlines, and methods of destruction are as follows:
1) Destruction procedure: User information is transferred to a separate DB (or separate documents in the case of paper) after achieving the purpose and is stored or immediately destroyed according to internal policies and other related laws. Personal information transferred to the DB will not be used for any other purpose unless required by law.
2) Destruction deadline: Personal information of the user will be destroyed within five days from the end of the retention period, or within five days from the date when the processing of personal information is deemed unnecessary, such as when the personal information becomes unnecessary due to the achievement of the processing purpose, discontinuation of the service, or end of the business.
9. Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information "Omotion" complies with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act by taking the following technical, administrative, and physical measures to ensure safety:
1) Minimizing and training staff handling personal information: "Omotion" designates specific personnel to handle personal information, thereby minimizing the number of people involved and implementing measures to manage personal information effectively.
2) Regular internal audits: To secure the safety of personal information handling, "Omotion" conducts regular internal audits (quarterly).
3) Establishment and implementation of internal management plans: To ensure the safe processing of personal information, "Omotion" establishes and implements internal management plans.
4) Encryption of personal information: Users' personal information, including passwords, is encrypted for storage and management, ensuring that only the individual can access their information. Important data is encrypted, and additional security measures such as file locking are used.
5) Technical measures against hacking: "Omotion" installs security programs and conducts regular updates and inspections to prevent leakage and damage of personal information due to hacking or computer viruses. The system is installed in areas controlled for access and monitored both technically and physically.
6) Restricting access to personal information: Measures are implemented to control access to the database system processing personal information, including granting, altering, and deleting access rights. Intrusion prevention systems are used to control unauthorized external access.
7) Storing and preventing falsification of access records: Access records to the personal information processing system are kept and managed for at least six months, using security features to prevent falsification, theft, or loss of these records.
10. Installation/Operation of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices and Matters Regarding Rejection "Omotion" uses cookies, which are small text files sent from the server to the user's browser and stored on the user's computer hard disk. These cookies identify the computer but do not personally identify the user.

11. Personal Information Manager 1) "Omotion" is responsible for overseeing the processing of personal information and addresses complaints and damage relief related to personal information processing. The personal information manager is designated as follows:

2) Subjects can contact the personal information manager or the relevant department for all personal information protection-related inquiries, complaint handling, and damage relief that arise while using the services or business of "Omotion."
